Summers can be devastating specially in the the equatorial region where the temperature can soar above 45 degrees.The immense heat can cause nausea ,dizziness, headache and fainting.Prolonged or intense exposure to hot temperatures can cause heat-related illnesses such as heat exhaustion, heat cramps, and heat stroke (also known as sun stroke). So it’s important to keep yourself hydrated this summer to keep your body maintain your body temperature.
How to keep yourself hydrated?
Get A Water Bottle
The best way to keep yourself hydrated is to invest in a water bottle that you can carry wherever you go.Keep track of your water intake in a day and try to drink at least 5 to 6 liters of water everyday.
*Buy something that is easy to carry.
Eat Seasonal Fruits
Most fruits that are available in summers are hydrating.Fruits like watermelon cucumber boast a high water content that will keep your head up all summer.
*Just avoid overeating them.
Sip on a mug of herbal tea every evening
If you make this a habit, you’ll add an extra cup of fluid to your tally every single day. On top of that, this relaxing ritual is a wonderful way to de-stress at the end of the day.
